Standard plans are paid. Eligible new AEGIS OS customers signing up for the newsletter can activate 30 free Business days once. This requires email confirmation, a new account and Stripe checkout with a payment method and explicit consent. Afterwards €149.99 monthly plus applicable VAT, unless cancelled before the free period ends.
Enterprise is a standard subscription. Bespoke work is separately agreed as AEGIS OS Individual.
The new prices apply to new purchases. Existing subscriptions and exemptions remain unchanged.
Manage CRM customers, customer bookings, internal events, tasks and projects. Structure business data in Smart Records, store files in Cloud and manage Shopify orders and products. Business adds invoices, HR, ready2order prices and automation; Enterprise adds AI data. Access depends on roles and configured connections.
After authorising the shop and required scopes, view orders, product images and order values; approve processing, edit products and variants, and use supported shipping and tracking actions. Processing approval does not change payment status. Provider and shop settings remain in Shopify.
Approved sources and supported company data available to the user, with relevant citations and access controls. Long datasets are read in structured parts and relevant evidence is selected for each answer. Provider limits may restrict history. Not every question has reliable evidence; changes require the designated approval.
