01Our claim
AEGIS-SECURITAS would like to make its websites, order routes and AEGIS OS as barrier-free, understandable and usable with assistive technologies as possible. We are guided by the relevant requirements of the Accessibility Strengthening Act and the principles of WCAG 2.2.
This declaration is not a blanket certification of all customer-specific content or individually created modules. Corporate customers are jointly responsible for the content, colors, documents, forms and configurations they contribute.
02Measures already implemented
The measures implemented include semantic structures, keyboard operation of central functions, visible focus states, skip links, labeled forms, responsive views, sufficient touch surfaces, reduced movement with appropriate system settings, understandable error states and less barrier-free dialogs.
Authentication, security and payment functions are continuously tested for perceptibility, usability, comprehensibility and technical robustness.
03Known limitations
Individual complex tables, custom modules, imported documents, third-party interfaces, diagrams or automatically generated content may still have limitations. The content of external services such as Stripe, Google, Microsoft or integrated customer systems is also not entirely within our control.
We prioritize restrictions that affect the conclusion of a contract, registration, security-related functions or essential workflows.
04Feedback and support
If you notice a barrier or need support, please write to [email protected]. If possible, describe the affected page, function, device used and assistive technology used.
We will examine reports and endeavor to find an appropriate solution or alternative provision.
05Creation and updating
This statement was prepared on July 31, 2026 based on an internal technical review. It will be updated if there are significant changes to the platform, order route or legal requirements.
